Our responsibility as an email provider is to make sure you have accurate details on how to connect successfully to the server to send and receive emails. If required, we can also install email accounts onto your devices and spend up to 15 minutes per email account free of charge, with further work charged at an hourly basis.
Troubleshooting quirks with software configuration is not our area of responsibility and we do not claim to be experts at all email programs but we will attempt to fix an issue, where possible. However, if basic attempts don’t solve the problem, we recommend that you contact your computer support provider who has a higher level of expertise in this area.
